Dell is one of our key tech recruiters. There are many interns and full-time graduates joining Dell from Kenan-Flagler every year. To keep the good relationship with KF and Dell and to facilitate the two-way communication between students and recruiters, BTC and Dell work together to organize “Dell Shadow Day” every year.
The Shadow Day is normally held during the Mod II. The participants are the 1st year MBA students who are interested in Dell. Students will submit their resumes for consideration and Dell will decide the final list of participants.
On the Shadow Day, participants will be visiting the Austin Campus of Dell, meeting UNC alumni who work there and networking with recruiters. The experience will provide the students a full picture of Dell culture and a great opportunity to establish relationship with people working at Dell.
